  • Initial consultation and wellness checklist (A one to one chat to assess your goals, habits, and lifestyle so I can build the right plan from day one)

  • Case Analysis and Health Assessment (A personalised review of your current fitness level, health background, and goals to create a targeted and effective coaching strategy.)

  • Mobile Fitness App (Log your workouts and nutrition and more while on the move)

  • Progressive workout routines ( I will take the guess work out and will guide you to see results)

  • Learning the correct forms ( I will guide you on how to perform exercises correctly and safely)

  • Pushing your limits ( I will challenge and motivate you to push yourself further. It’s much easier to break through a plateau or smash a PB when working in person)

  • 1-1 Messenger Chat ( Unlimited online support from myself. You can message me any day in the week when you have an issue or need any guidance)

  • Knowledge and experience ( I will hand over all my knowledge and information I’ve learned from over the years to make your journey worthwhile)

  • Habit and accountability tracking ( Extra motivation and someone to hold you accountable and push you to succeed)

  • Physical assessments and measurements (Taking measurements and finding that starting point is very important. I will calculate your fitness level and create a program custom to you)

1 Session: £40
£36 x 3 Sessions = £108
£34 x 6 Sessions = £204 (Fitness assessment and measurements)
£32 x 9 Sessions = £288 (Fitness assessment, measurements and nutritional advice)
£30 x 12 Sessions = £360 (Fitness assessment, measurements, nutritional advice and 1-1 messenger chat)
